Terms of service

Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

Unless individual agreements are made, the following general terms and conditions apply exclusively to all business relationships that arise between WEINGUT KORRELL and the buyer via the WEINGUT KORRELL online shop in the version valid at the time the order is placed (the “GTC”). We do not recognize any other conditions unless prior written consent has been given. The general terms and conditions mentioned here apply to our online shop as well as to purchases from our wine list in printed form.

2. Contracting Party

WEINGUT KORRELL concludes contracts for wine deliveries exclusively with:
a) unrestricted legal capacity, natural persons who have reached the age of 18; an age check will be carried out upon delivery.
b) legal entities with domicile or registered office in the Federal Republic of Germany.

By accepting the terms and conditions of WEINGUT KORRELL, the buyer confirms that he is of legal age (over 18 years old). We would like to point out that wine packages are only given to people over the age of 18, i.e. the buyer must ensure that only adults accept the delivery upon delivery.

3. Conclusion of contract

The customer's order from WEINGUT KORRELL is an offer to us to conclude a purchase contract. The presentation and advertising of articles in our online shop does not constitute a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. You can first place the goods in the shopping cart in our online shop and change or delete them at any time until the final and binding order is placed. By submitting an order via the online shop by clicking on the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you are placing a legally binding order. We will confirm receipt of the order by sending an email to the email address you specified on the order form. In this e-mail, which also contains the legally prescribed cancellation policy in text form, the wines ordered, their individual and total costs, any packaging and transport costs incurred and the total amount of the order are specified again. This e-mail expressly does not represent acceptance of the previous offer made by the customer to conclude a purchase contract. Orders can also be placed by e-mail, post, fax or telephone. These orders are also expressly subject to our terms and conditions, which you will also be referred to on our wine lists. The purchase contract is only concluded when our express order confirmation is sent or the goods ordered are delivered. You can request a copy of the contract text from us. If the wine ordered is out of stock, we will offer the customer a product of equivalent quality, type and price by telephone or in writing. Please contact us if the delivered goods should be defective despite our great care. The statutory claims for defects apply.
The contract language is German.

4. Prices

The prices for the wines offered are shown in euros (EUR or €) and apply per bottle. Unless otherwise stated, these are 0.75 liter bottles. The prices at the time of the order apply, as shown on the website. The prices are from our company headquarters including the statutory sales tax, sparkling wine tax if applicable and excluding costs for packaging and shipping. With the appearance of a new wine list or an updated online shop, all previous prices lose their validity. In our online shop, customers can buy via PayPal, direct debit, credit card or on account. In the case of a different delivery address, depending on the amount of the purchase, in the case of open invoices and depending on the credit rating, we reserve the right to refuse individual payment methods. Discounts cannot be combined.

Note on dispute resolution:

The EU Commission has created an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes. The platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes relating to contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. More information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Please note that we are not willing or obliged to participate in any such dispute resolution process.
